Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Buildr. and constitute a legal agreement between you and Buildr. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buildr., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Buildr. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on Buildr. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' intellectual property. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfere with or disrupt the platform, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
6. Intellectual Property
The Buildr. name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission. Open-source components are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for your subscription. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Buildr. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
