Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Buildr. platform, operated by iAppLabs. By using Buildr., you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Buildr. platform ("Service"), operated by iAppLabs ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately at support@iapplabs.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("User Content"). By making User Content available on Buildr., you grant iAppLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content solely in connection with the operation of the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. iAppLabs reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time. iAppLabs reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated means without prior written consent; (e) upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code; (f) use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam; (g) impersonate any person or entity; or (h) engage in any activity that could damage, overburden, or impair the Service.
6. Intellectual Property of iAppLabs
The Buildr. name, logo, branding, platform design, source code, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of iAppLabs and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying technology without our express written permission. Open-source components used in the Service are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Anti-Reverse-Engineering Clause
You expressly agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, data structures, or underlying ideas of the Service or any part thereof. You shall not attempt to reconstruct, replicate, or clone the functionality, design, user interface, or user experience of Buildr. for the purpose of creating a competing product or service. This prohibition extends to the use of automated tools, AI-based analysis, screen scraping, or any other technical means to extract proprietary information from the Service. Any violation of this clause shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
8. Termination
iAppLabs may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or fail to pay for your subscription. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) we may delete your User Content and account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and (c) any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IAPPLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer protection rights under your local jurisdiction.
